このページの目次

To-dos created from conversations, meetings, AI agents and file reviews are all managed on the same board.

Wherever a piece of work started, its assignee, status, comments and attachments live in one place.

Work starts in conversation and is managed as a to-do.

Where to-dos come from

A to-do can be created from any of these:

  • Created directly in a conversation
  • Proposed by AI from the conversation
  • Extracted automatically from a meeting record
  • A comment left on an image or PDF
  • Created from scratch

However it was made, it is managed in the same hub as the rest.

① Filter the hub down to to-do marks. ② Narrow further by status and assignee. ③ Pick To-do in the composer to create one on the spot.

What a to-do holds

Each to-do carries what the work needs:

  • Title and description
  • Assignee
  • Due date
  • Priority
  • Approver
  • Comments
  • Attachments
  • Activity history
  • A link back to the original conversation or meeting
① Status and priority. ② Dates, assignee, approver. ③ The history, including the moment a chat became a to-do.

Go back to the original conversation whenever you need the background it came from.

AI manages alongside you

AI reads conversations and meetings and proposes the work that needs doing. Recurring work becomes a template, and Flow shows what closed over a period.

Seeing only what you need

Filter by assignee, status or date. Check progress hub by hub, or across the whole team.
