Invite a guest

Inviting a guest lets someone outside your workspace reach a specific hub to leave feedback or work with you there.

How to invite a guest

  1. Open the hub.
  2. Click Participants at the top.
  3. Choose Invite guest.
  4. Invite by email address or by link.
  5. Set an expiry on the link if you need one, then click Send invite.

Inviting by email

Enter an address and the invitation is sent there. You can set:

  • The email address
  • Link expiry: no expiry, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days

Inviting by link

Choose Create link to generate a shareable invitation. Pass the link on by chat or email and whoever receives it can join the hub.

Worth knowing

  • A guest can only reach the hub they were invited to.
  • A guest is not added as a workspace member.
  • Guest permissions apply only in that hub.
An invite link is access in itself. Set an expiry when you send one outside the company.
