Turn a message into a to-do

AI understands the work inside a conversation, and you start it with a single click.
When something to do comes up mid-discussion, you can create it without leaving the conversation. Nothing gets retyped into a separate work tracker, and the context comes with it.
Three ways to create one
Markhub gives you three routes, depending on where the work came up.
From a message
Pick a message already sent and convert it into a to-do.
By converting the mark itself
Turn a chat mark straight into a to-do and the conversation attached to it comes along.
From an AI draft
When AI analyses a meeting or conversation and proposes draft to-dos, pick the ones you want and create them directly.
However you create it, you end up managing the same to-do.
Tracked to the end
To-dos are managed in the hub’s To-do tab. Assignment, progress, approval and completion all live on one screen, so there is no second tool to switch to.
What a to-do holds
- Status: not started, in progress, done
- Priority: low, medium, high
- Assignees: more than one person
- Approver: an approval step before completion
- Comments: keep progress and discussion on the ticket
History records itself
Status changes, assignments and completions are all recorded automatically. Who changed what, and when, is always there to check.
Keeping track
The hub’s To-do tab shows work whichever way suits you.
- Board view
- List view
- Calendar view
Filter by assignee, status or date to see only what you need. Flow shows what closed and what is still moving, period by period.
A to-do can be run to completion inside Markhub.
