The real cost of a new joiner is explaining everything that already happened. Markhub hands that to AI. The moment someone joins a hub, Catch up gathers what they missed, and Flow lets them walk back through past topics and decisions by date.

Open invitations

① Click invite members in the sidebar. Workspace settings opens the same screen.

Two ways to invite

① The invite link and its QR code. Copy it and pass it on. ② Share it directly. ③ Or enter an email and pick a role. In the real dialog the link and QR are readable.

By link

  • Copy the link, or show the QR code.
  • Easiest when you are bringing several people in at once.

By email

  • Enter the address and choose the role they join with.
  • New members join as Admin or Member.

Joining hubs

  • Browse all hubs and filter by all, joined or not joined.
  • Joining a hub reveals its chats, notes and to-dos.
  • You can join several at once.

What a new joiner should do first

Nobody has to be asked where to start.

  • Use Catch up to see what was missed in that hub.
  • Use Flow to follow how topics and decisions got here.
  • Use the mark map to see everything the team has covered, at once.
An invite link is access. Do not post it anywhere public, and bring outsiders in as guests.

Working with someone outside the company?

Use a guest invitation for people who are not workspace members. A guest reaches only the hub you invited them to and is never added as a workspace member. See the guide on inviting a guest.
