When a remote meeting ends, AI organises what was said and generates what you need to carry the work forward.
When the meeting ends
You will find all of this waiting.
- Summary: the core of the discussion, at a glance.
- To-dos: the follow-up work the meeting produced.
- Full transcript: the whole conversation, separated by speaker.
Any of it can be searched later, or read alongside the original conversation.
During the meeting
While the meeting runs, Live Context is reading the conversation.
- Topics
- Decisions
- To-dos
Because it keeps structuring all three, most of the organising is already done by the time you hang up.
Nothing has to be written up from scratch afterwards.
Correcting what was captured
- Fix anything it misread, in place.
- Lock the items that matter so later refreshes leave them alone.
- Regenerate to rebuild from the latest of the conversation.
Carrying it into the next task
- Press add on a to-do and it becomes a ticket in the hub.
- Summary and transcript stay as marks in the hub, and stay searchable.
- Flow stacks them by date, so you can revisit what was decided that week.
Offline meetings work the same way. The only difference is whether the input is call audio or a recording of the room.
