An offline meeting is recorded the same way a remote one is.

What is said during the meeting is captured as it happens, and when it ends the summary, decisions and to-dos are collected into a single meeting record.

Start recording

① Press + at the bottom right of the composer. ② Choose Offline meeting.
The composer’s + button and the meeting type menu

Before the meeting starts, press + at the bottom right of the composer and choose Offline meeting. Allow microphone access and recording begins; stop it when the meeting ends.

It records as you speak

What is said during the meeting is transcribed live and lands in the conversation as it happens. Nobody takes notes: speaking is the input.

① Utterances stack up in order, each with its start time. ② When the meeting ends the transcript is polished and Live Context refreshes. ③ The topics, decisions and to-dos appear on the right.
A meeting transcribed live, next to its Live Context
  • Each utterance keeps its start time, so you can jump back to that moment.
  • When the meeting ends, the transcript gets a cleanup pass.
  • Once that finishes, Live Context refreshes with everything to the end.
  • The notes button below turns this record into a meeting note.

What the meeting leaves behind

A single meeting mark is created. The decisions, to-dos, summary and transcript all sit in one place.

  • Decisions: what was decided, and the background behind it.
  • Draft to-dos: work that needs doing, extracted automatically.
  • Summary: the core of the discussion, at a glance.
  • Transcript: the whole conversation, by speaker.

The moment the meeting ends, the next task is ready

Press add on any to-do you need and it becomes a to-do in the hub.

Getting a cleaner record

For a more accurate transcript and summary:

  • Put the device in the middle of the participants.
  • Introducing everyone at the start makes speakers easier to tell apart.
  • Confirming important decisions clearly once during the meeting improves both the summary and what gets extracted as work.
