Live Context
While the conversation happens, the record is being made with it.

Live Context is where AI follows a conversation in real time and structures what is said into topics, decisions and to-dos.
It keeps updating so nothing important gets lost between messages, and even before the conversation ends you can see what has been discussed, what was decided, and what needs doing.
Nobody writes the minutes afterwards. The act of talking is what produces the record.
Where it works
Live Context runs in chats and in meetings. Only the input differs; the way AI reads and organises the conversation is the same.
- Chat: the messages exchanged in a hub.
- Remote meeting: speech transcribed and read live during the call.
- Offline meeting: a recording of the room, transcribed and read.
What it extracts
As the conversation runs, Live Context separates it into these.
Topics
What is being discussed right now. Show source utterance takes you straight back to the part of the conversation it came from.
Decisions
What was agreed or settled. Alongside the decision itself you get the background, who was involved, and whether it changed later.
Draft to-dos
Work that needs doing, captured as a draft. It is not a hub to-do yet, so you can review or edit it and add only what you want.
Record stays tied to conversation
Every item in Live Context links back to the utterance behind it. You are never left with only the summary: you can see which part of the conversation produced a topic or a decision, so the context never falls away.
Carrying it into work
Press add next to a draft to-do and it becomes a to-do in the hub. Added items move into the added section, so drafts still under review stay separate from work already in motion.
Nothing has to be retyped into another tool. The work starts where it came up.
Editing and keeping
Anything AI extracted can be corrected inside Live Context.
- Edit: change the wording of a topic, decision or draft to-do.
- Lock: keep an item as it is even as the conversation continues.
- Regenerate: rebuild Live Context from the latest of the conversation.
Live Context turns the conversation you are having into record. Flow carries that record forward through time.
