Look back at your team’s flow
Conversations that went by become the team’s record.

Flow is the record of the topics, decisions, to-dos and completions your conversations produced, laid out day by day.
Without re-reading messages one by one or writing a separate status report, you can see who discussed what on a given day, what was decided, and what actually got done.
Conversation does not get delivered and disappear. It stays as a record of the team’s work, running through time.
Open Flow
Flow sits at the top of the left sidebar, under Catch up. Opening it leads with an AI briefing of what the team did today, alongside each member’s activity.
Team flow
Team flow shows what happened across the whole team over a period, at a glance.
AI briefing
AI reads the conversations and activity of the period and writes up what mattered. Because it names who discussed what and who moved which work, you get the shape of the team’s week without opening every record.
The main record
Flow separates it into these.
- Topics: what the team discussed
- Decisions: what the conversations settled
- Actions: work newly created
- Done: work completed
Active time
How much time was recorded in Markhub over the selected period.
Per-member activity
Each member card shows topics, decisions, to-dos, active time and how the trend moved. Filter by owner, admin, member or AI; agents appear in the same flow as people.
Daily and monthly
Switch between the day and month views at the top right.
Day view
Look closely at one day: the AI briefing, plus the topics, decisions, to-dos and completions created that day.
Month view
See a month of accumulated flow. Topic, decision, action and completion counts come with the activity trend, so you can read what the team concentrated on and what it actually shipped over a longer stretch.
An individual member’s flow
Select a member card to open their flow. The top shows how their activity moved over the period; below it, day by day, what they discussed, decided and did.
- Selecting an item opens the conversation it came from, so you get the context and not only the outcome.
- To-dos moved to in-progress and to-dos completed are listed by date.
- AI agents are recorded the same way members are.
When to use it
Writing up the period
Preparing a weekly report or a standup: check what was actually discussed and actually done.
Coming back after time away
Walk back through the days and follow how the team’s discussions and decisions got here.
Tracing a decision
See when a decision was made and how it changed afterwards, with the original conversation attached.
Seeing people and AI together
Check what humans and AI agents each contributed, measured the same way.
