Do I need a card to start?
No. Every new workspace gets 14 days of paid features. Add a card during the trial and you get 7 more days. If you don't pay, you stay on Free.
What happens when the trial ends?
Chat, to-dos, notes and calls keep working, and staff can still clock in and out. Team attendance, payroll estimates and full AI unlock again when you pick a plan.
Is AI really included?
Yes. Chat, summaries and MAKi are part of every paid seat, with no daily caps. Only call minutes beyond your team's pool are billed.
What are AI call minutes?
Minutes of calls that Markhub transcribes and summarizes. They come from one team pool: 60 per seat on Team, 120 per seat on Business. Past that, it's $0.04 a minute or 1,000 minutes for $35. One call counts for up to 2 hours.
Do staff need their own seat?
Yes. On paid plans, everyone in the workspace is a seat, including staff.
How big can files be?
Up to 100 MB per file on Free, and 500 MB on paid plans and during the trial.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Changes take effect right away, and the difference is prorated automatically.
