Check AI usage

Summaries, transcription and agent replies all draw on the workspace AI budget. The usage view shows where it went, so you can decide whether to move plan or change how you use it.

Find your usage

1. Open Plan Setting from settings.
2. Under your current plan, AI usage shows what has been spent against the limit.
3. Open the details dashboard for the breakdown.

What spends the budget

• Meeting summaries and transcription, in proportion to call length.
• Live Context, which refreshes more often as a conversation grows.
• Agent replies, including ones triggered automatically by workflows.
• Search summaries and Catch up.

When it drains fast

• Check for workflows left running. Scheduled ones keep going whether or not anyone reads them.
• On long meetings, keep the transcript and control when you summarise.
• If you are always short, moving up a plan is cheaper than working around it.
