The day a store opens, the work multiplies. You talk to staff in a group chat, check sales on the POS, keep stock in a spreadsheet or in your head, and fix problems over the phone. And who did what never gets written down anywhere.
Markhub puts all of it in one place. What your staff say becomes a to-do, and AI keeps an eye on sales and stock with you.
Who it is for
- Owners who run their store through a group chat with staff
- Store managers and operators with more to track as they open or add locations
- Franchise head offices whose announcements land differently in every store
Multi-unit franchisees and district managers who look after several stores by phone
What Markhub does
1. Topic rooms instead of one group chat
Make a separate room for announcements, today's tasks and problem reports. We call these rooms hubs. Announcements stop getting buried under small talk, and staff use them from the mobile app.
2. Say it, and it becomes a to-do
When someone writes "Fridge 2 is running warm," turn that message into a to-do with an owner and a due date. Mark up a photo to show what you mean, and who fixed it and when stays on record.
3. AI sorts out your POS sales
Upload the sales file you export from your POS (Excel or CSV) and an AI agent breaks it down by date, weekday, hour and menu item. You see what sells and when the rush comes, in numbers.
4. A heads-up before you run out
Tell it your stock in chat or upload a file, and it flags what is about to run low and how much to order.
5. An AI that answers from your manual
Put your operating manual and announcements in a note, and when staff ask "What do I do at closing?", the AI finds the answer in the manual. You stop answering the same question every shift.
6. Your day and your month, sorted
See who did what, what went wrong and what is still open. At the end of the month, every problem and how it was handled is in one place.
7. Calls become to-dos
Calls made and taken on a Markhub business number are transcribed, and when they end the topics, decisions and draft to-dos are already sorted. Instructions head office gives by phone stay as to-dos for that store, so you can check which store followed through.
8. Clock-ins become payroll
Staff tap clock in and clock out. Hours and overtime add up per store, and each person gets a pay estimate, so you see labor running over before month end. Choose US federal, California or Korean rules.
What a day looks like
- Before opening. The checklist arrives as to-dos, and staff mark each one done with a photo.
- During service. When something breaks, staff post a photo and you assign it on the spot.
- After closing. Upload the POS sales file and AI sums up the day.
- At month end. See the month's sales trend and the problems you solved in one place.
If you run several stores
Head office gets a hub per function, and each store gets its own hub. Announcements from head office go down as to-dos for each store, and stores answer with photos and results. Head office sees how far every store got, in one place.
When one district manager covers 5 to 8 stores, the calls and reports that used to go store by store gather as to-dos in each store’s hub. The manager sees which store is behind without driving to every one.
Give each store its own sales agent and it answers only from that store's numbers. When you add a store, add a hub and attach the same agent.
Getting started
- Invite your staff and start with three hubs: announcements, today's tasks and problem reports.
- Put your operating manual in a note and link it to the AI.
- Upload last week's sales file once and let the AI sort it out.
Worth knowing
- Markhub does not connect to your POS directly. You export the sales file from the POS and upload it.
- Without your costs and stock, the AI only reads sales trends. Margins need your costs.
Business numbers are available in the US first. Pay estimates are drafts to help with payroll, and someone checks them before anyone is paid.
