Based on the customer workspace’s monthly subscription. Our plans are per seat, so as the team grows both the subscription and your payout grow with it.

Rates are banded and marginal, so your payout never drops as the customer grows. Exact rates are confirmed in the agreement on approval.

How we settle
- You are paid every month the customer keeps the subscription.
- A payment is confirmed once its refund window has passed.
- Payouts release automatically once your balance clears the minimum.
- You are paid for customers you introduce, never for recruiting other ambassadors.
Exact rates, the payout date and the minimum are confirmed in the agreement we send when your application is approved.
Questions
- Do I have to use Markhub myself?
- Not required. But people who have used it themselves tell a far better story.
- When does payout start?
- From the customer’s first paid month, confirmed once the refund window on that payment has passed.
- Can I refer a company already talking to Markhub?
- Accounts already in an active sales conversation are not eligible for attribution. Ask us first and we will check straight away.
- Can I refer my own company?
- Self-referral, and any deal you hold an interest in, are excluded.
- How is tax handled?
- It depends on your country and whether you are registered as a business. We confirm the details, including any withholding, in the agreement before the first payout.
