See how far the agent got, right on the card

• When you hand a message to an agent, its mark chat opens the moment you send. You follow the work from the place you asked for it.
• Card reply lines in the stream and in hubs now carry the agent's state. While it works, a spinning star shows what it is doing in one line. When it needs a person, it says Needs you.
• Skim the cards and you know what is running and what is waiting on you, without opening each conversation.
• Change a ticket's status and the marker on its card follows straight away.

It goes up the moment you send

• Fixed the case where your next Enter was dropped while the previous message was still sending. Type as fast as you like and messages queue up in the order you typed them.
• Replies in the stream and in mark chats, and replies with attachments, now appear the instant you send them.
• Also fixed two lines merging into one when typed quickly, and empty messages going out from the stream.

A tidier screen

• The hub header now sits on one line, the same as the stream. The same things live in the same place on every screen.
• Consecutive messages from the same person are grouped in the stream too.
• Tables are divided by space instead of lines on every cell. Number columns align right, and a copy button appears when you hover a table.

Fixed

• Markhub links to notes, marks and hubs now open inside the app on web and desktop instead of in a new tab.
• The hub participant list no longer gets cut off underneath the right panel.
