What it does

• Get a US number in Markhub and make and take calls right in the Markhub app.
• When the call ends, the transcript and to-dos are already in your hub.
• Hand the to-dos straight to an agent.

Who it is for

• Teams split between the field and the office
• Professionals who spend the day on the phone
• Teams whose main job is answering calls

How to use it

• Pick an area code in Connect or on the Phone screen on desktop. Activation is $1.
• For the agent, we recommend connecting the Claude or GPT (Codex) you already have on your computer.
• Available on Team and up, with 500 minutes per seat each month.

Good to know

• One number per person, US numbers only for now.
• Markhub numbers cannot call emergency services (911).
• Whether you must tell the other person a call is recorded depends on where you are.
