Spreadsheet roundups, PDF analysis, checking operating documents: an AI agent does the repetitive part, and the team picks up whatever needs a person.
Hand the spreadsheets and PDFs to an agent; people check the result and carry on only what needs carrying on.
In Markhub
Link the spreadsheet or operating form you use every week to an agent, and it organises what you need by the rules you set. Reviewing a PDF report or an operating document, extracting from it or comparing versions, can go the same way.
The result posts to the hub you choose, and anything needing follow-up becomes a to-do straight away.
What you can hand over
- Stock roundups
- Store sales totals
- Outbound shipment checks
- Collecting application forms
- Checking rosters
- Comparing purchase orders
How the work runs
The weekly roundup
Operations hands the spreadsheets from the stores to an agent. It organises the items and posts the result to the hub. Exceptions become to-dos with owners, and Flow shows how they were handled.
Contract review
Hand a PDF contract to an agent and it sorts out the changed clauses and what needs checking. Someone reviews it and adds the required actions as to-dos. Comment on the document itself and that position stays attached to the to-do.
Monthly review
Flow shows how much was actually processed this month.
Getting started
- Write the format of your most frequent roundup as a note.
- Create an agent with that note linked.
- Attach a workflow so it runs on a schedule or an event.
- Choose the hub the result posts to.
