How chat becomes a ticket

Chat becomes a to-do
Even a one-line message can become an actionable ticket with a single click.
Drop a checklist into a message
Type it like a normal chat, no formatting required.
Hover the message → Create To-Do
The ◆ icon next to the message turns it into the starting point of a ticket.
The message becomes a ticket card
A card replaces the message in chat, and the same card appears in the To-Dos board on the right.
Open the ticket, set date, owner, comments
Click the card and the right panel switches to the detail view: date, assignee, approver, comments and history all in one place.
Status change → automatic log
Move from Not Started to In Progress and the change is recorded straight in the comment area. No separate note about who changed what when.
Mark Done, same trail
Every status, due-date or approver change adds a single line to history. "Who picked this up?" stops being a meeting question.
Stop writing the same thing twice.
Next chapter: how a single offline meeting recording becomes structured notes and tickets.
